Majestic Living Designs Live Sale Guide
Welcome to Majestic Living Designs live sales! Our Facebook Live events are where we showcase new items, carvings, minerals, jewelry, and other creations available for purchase.
If you are new to our live sales, please review the information below so you understand how claiming items, invoices, and shipping work.
How to Claim Items
When an item is shown during a live sale, you can claim it by commenting with the designated claim phrase (such as “claim,” “sold,” and the item's grid letter) as instructed during the event. Items can not be claimed until the Price is Clearly stated and then placed into its final grid location during the first round of the Live.
Claims are processed based on the order they appear on the moderator feed. Because Facebook comments may load differently for each viewer depending on connection speed or device, the Majestic Living Designs team determines the final claim based on what appears on the moderator feed.
Claiming an item during a live sale is considered a commitment to purchase that item.
Invoices
Invoices are typically generated after our Friday Facebook Live sales and other special events.
Unless a Build-A-Box arrangement has been made, invoices are expected to be paid upon receipt.
Invoices that remain unpaid for more than three (3) days without communication may have the items returned to inventory and Members subject to the Terms of Service.
Invoices that remain unpaid or without communication for thirty (30) days may be considered abandoned in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Build-A-Box Option
Customers may choose to participate in our Build-A-Box option, which allows items to be accumulated across multiple live sales before shipment.
Items may be added weekly until:
• the customer requests shipment
or
• the invoice reaches approximately $500
Once a box is closed, the invoice must be paid in full before shipment.
Shipping Schedule
Closed invoices are typically packaged on Thursdays and delivered to the shipping carrier on Friday mornings.
Invoices must be paid in full, including shipping costs, by Wednesday at 11:59 PM in order to ship that week. Some exceptions may be made but at the sole discretion of the Administrators.
Shipping costs are calculated based on carrier, package weight, package size, and destination.
All packages are shipped with tracking and include carrier insurance up to $100. Additional insurance will be applied to larger invoices and calculated into the total shipping cost.
Giveaways and Live Games
From time to time we host giveaways, scavenger hunts, or games such as our Critter Getter Hunts during live events.
Participation rules will be explained during the event, and Majestic Living Designs reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions or giveaways when necessary.
Community Expectations
We strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful community. Members are expected to treat others with respect and follow our Community Guidelines.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or repeated violations of group rules may result in removal from our community.
