Refund policy

Refunds and Returns

As a general company policy, Majestic Living Designs does not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased through our website, claimed during Facebook Live events, or deposits made on custom orders. All sales and claims are considered final.

While all sales are final, we always strive to provide a positive experience for our customers. In certain situations we may review issues on a case-by-case basis. Majestic Living Designs reserves the right to approve or deny any request for refund, replacement, or resolution at our sole discretion.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the item and packaging in order to assist with evaluating the claim.

Natural minerals and crystals may contain natural inclusions, fractures, or variations that are part of the natural formation and are not considered defects.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our sales, most items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items purchased or claimed during Facebook Live sales, custom or special-order items, sale items, and gift cards.

We also do not accept returns for certain types of goods including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

Majestic Living Designs does not offer exchanges for items purchased through our website or claimed during Facebook Live events. However, customers may contact us regarding any concerns and we will review the situation if appropriate.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within fourteen (14) days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.


Payment Plans and Build-A-Box Payments

If payments are made toward an invoice or Build-A-Box arrangement and the invoice is later canceled due to non-payment or lack of communication, all payments made toward that invoice may be retained as inventory holding and restocking fees.

If a buyer states that they will no longer complete payment or fails to respond after an invoice becomes overdue, any payments previously made may be forfeited in accordance with our invoice policies.


Refund Processing

If a refund or replacement is approved, we will notify the customer once the review process has been completed.

If a physical item must be returned for inspection, a decision regarding refund or replacement will be made after the item has been received and inspected.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately ten (10) business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
