Majestic Living Designs – Community Guidelines & Live Sale Rules
Welcome to the Majestic Living Designs community. Our goal is to create a positive, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone who participates in our live sales, discussions, and events.
By participating in our Facebook groups, live sales, posts, events, or community discussions, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.
Respect the Community
All members are expected to treat others with respect. Harassment, bullying, threats, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward other members, moderators, or administrators will not be tolerated.
Majestic Living Designs reserves the right to remove posts, comments, or members that create a negative or unsafe environment within the community.
Live Sale Participation
Our Facebook Live events are conducted as sales events. Claiming an item during a live sale, post, or event is considered a commitment to purchase that item.
Members should only claim items if they intend to complete payment according to the policies outlined in our Terms of Service and invoice policies.
All sales and claims are considered final.
Claim Process
Items shown during live sales may be claimed by commenting with the designated claim phrase (such as “claim,” “sold,” and the grid final letter) as instructed during the live event.
Claims are generally determined based on the order in which they appear in the live feed as visible to the Majestic Living Designs team. In the event of a claim dispute, Majestic Living Designs reserves the right to determine the final claim based on available information.
Moderator or administrator decisions regarding claim determination are considered final.
Claim Determination
Due to differences in internet speed, Facebook comment loading, and device performance, comment order may appear differently to viewers.
All claims are determined based on the order in which comments appear on the Majestic Living Designs moderator or administrator feed at the time of the live sale.
In the event that multiple members claim the same item, the Majestic Living Designs team will determine the final claim based on the information visible to the moderators and administrators managing the live event.
All claim determinations made by administrators during live sales are considered final.
In rare cases of simultaneous claims, Majestic Living Designs reserves the right to randomly select a winner or offer similar items to other participants when available.
Invoices and Payments
Invoices are typically generated following our Friday Facebook Live sales and other events.
Unless a Build-A-Box arrangement has been made, invoices are expected to be paid upon receipt.
Invoices that remain unpaid for more than three (3) days without communication may result in items being returned to inventory and members may be subject to the Terms of Service.
Invoices that remain unpaid or without communication for thirty (30) days may be considered abandoned in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Build-A-Box Participation
Customers may choose to participate in our Build-A-Box option, which allows items to be accumulated over multiple live sales before shipment.
Items may be added weekly until the customer requests shipment or the invoice reaches approximately $500, whichever occurs first. At that time the invoice must be paid in full before shipment.
Customers are encouraged to communicate with us regarding their Build-A-Box status if they have questions or need assistance.
Shipping Schedule
Closed invoices are typically packaged on Thursdays and delivered to the shipping carrier on Friday mornings.
Invoices must be paid in full, including shipping costs, by Wednesday at 11:59 PM to be included in that week’s shipping cycle. Some exceptions may be made but are at the sole discretion of the Administrators.

Moderator Authority
Moderators are trusted members of the Majestic Living Designs community who assist with managing live sales, answering questions, and helping maintain a respectful environment.
Moderators may assist with:

monitoring live sale claims

answering questions during events
-
enforcing community rules
-
helping maintain group organization
Members are expected to respect moderator decisions. Actions taken by moderators to maintain the operation of live sales or enforce community rules are considered authorized actions of Majestic Living Designs.
Promotions, Giveaways, and Games
From time to time Majestic Living Designs may host giveaways, games, or promotional events such as scavenger hunts, critter hunts, or other engagement activities.
Participation in these activities must follow the instructions provided during the event. Majestic Living Designs reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions, giveaways, or game rules at any time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not permitted within our community:

harassment or abusive behavior

trolling or intentionally disrupting live sales

spamming or excessive promotion of unrelated businesses

attempting to manipulate claims or giveaways

spreading false or misleading information

repeatedly claiming items without completing payment
Members engaging in these activities may be removed from the community.
Removal from the Community
Majestic Living Designs reserves the right to remove members from the group or restrict access to live sales for violations of these guidelines, repeated unpaid invoices, or disruptive behavior.
Removal from the community does not remove the responsibility for any outstanding invoices or purchase commitments.
Our Goal
Our goal is to create a welcoming and enjoyable space for collectors, customers, and friends of Majestic Living Designs. We appreciate every member who helps keep this community positive and supportive.
