This website is operated by Majestic Living Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Majestic Living Designs. Majestic Living Designs offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site, purchasing or claiming items from us, or interacting with us through our Facebook groups, live events, posts, or other associated platforms, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms include any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site and associated communities, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Claiming an item during a live sale, post, or event constitutes a binding agreement to purchase that item in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website or participating in our sales through Facebook groups or events. By accessing or using any part of the site or participating in our communities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions contained in this agreement, you may not access the website or use our services.
Any new features, tools, or services added to the current store or sales platforms shall also be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates on our website. Continued use of the website or our sales platforms following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In using our service, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or any destructive software.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services and may result in removal or banning from our website, Facebook groups, events, or other platforms operated by Majestic Living Designs.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks or changes to conform to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from Majestic Living Designs.
Section headings are included for convenience only and will not affect interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon without consulting more accurate or timely sources.
Historical information may appear on the site and is provided for reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the site at any time without obligation to update information.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of service.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products may be available exclusively online or through our Facebook groups or live events. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We make every effort to display product images and colors accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors accurately.
We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and to limit quantities of products offered. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.
SECTION 7 – INVOICES AND CLAIMS
All sales and claims are final. Claiming an item through our website, Facebook groups, live events, posts, or other associated platforms constitutes a binding agreement to purchase that item.
Invoices are typically generated following our Friday Facebook Live shows and other events. Unless a Build-A-Box arrangement has been agreed to, invoices are due in full upon receipt.
Majestic Living Designs offers a Build-A-Box option, which allows customers to accumulate items over multiple sales events prior to shipment. Customers may add items to their open invoice during future events and make payments toward the balance as they go.
A Build-A-Box may remain open until the customer requests shipment or until the total invoice value reaches approximately $500, whichever occurs first. Once this threshold is reached, the invoice must be paid in full before shipment. Majestic Living Designs reserves the right to close any Build-A-Box when necessary for operational or shipping purposes.
No packages will be shipped until invoices, including shipping costs, are paid in full.
Invoices remaining unpaid for more than three (3) days without payment or communication may have the associated items returned to inventory at our discretion. Any payments previously made may be retained as holding or restocking fees.
If an invoice, Build-A-Box, or order remains unpaid and there has been no communication for thirty (30) days, the order will be considered abandoned and all claims to those items forfeited. Items may be returned to inventory and resold without further notice.
If a customer leaves or is removed from our Facebook groups due to rule violations, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.
Customers remain responsible for all outstanding balances even after removal from our communities or sales platforms.
Majestic Living Designs moderators and administrators may assist with enforcing community rules and managing live sales. Moderator actions taken in good faith to maintain the operation of sales events or community standards.
SECTION 7A – PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact Majestic Living Designs directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in immediate removal from our website, Facebook groups, and future purchasing opportunities.
Majestic Living Designs reserves the right to provide invoices, payment history, communications, screenshots, and claim records to payment processors or financial institutions to resolve disputes.
SECTION 7B – CLAIM RECORDS
Majestic Living Designs maintains records of item claims, invoices, payments, and communications related to purchases made through our website, Facebook groups, and live events. These records may include screenshots, system logs, invoices, and payment confirmations and may be used to verify purchases and resolve disputes.
SECTION 7C – CLAIM COMMITMENT
By claiming an item during a live sale, post, or event, the customer acknowledges that they are committing to purchase that item. Claims should only be made when the customer intends to complete payment according to our invoice and Build-A-Box policies. Claiming items without the intention of completing payment, repeatedly abandoning invoices, or failing to communicate regarding outstanding balances may result in restriction from future claims or removal from our sales platforms.
SECTION 7D – CLAIM LIMITATIONS
Majestic Living Designs reserves the right to limit or restrict the ability of customers to claim additional items if they have outstanding unpaid invoices or repeated violations of our invoice policies.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor control. Your use of such tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content and assume no liability for any third-party materials or services.
SECTION 10 – USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
You agree that we may use, edit, publish, distribute, or otherwise utilize comments or submissions you provide without restriction or compensation.
