Shipping Policy

Majestic Living Designs ships orders within the United States using shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, destination, and shipping availability.

Orders that are ready to ship are typically packaged on Thursdays and delivered to the shipping carrier on Friday mornings for shipment. Invoices that are intended to ship during the weekly shipping cycle must be paid in full, including shipping charges, no later than Wednesday at 11:59 PM. Some Exceptions may be made but at the sole discretion of the Administrators.

Customers participating in our Build-A-Box option may accumulate items over multiple live sales or events before requesting shipment. Once a customer requests shipment or the invoice is closed, the invoice must be paid in full, including shipping, before the package will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on carrier, package weight, package size, and shipping destination. Customers will be notified of shipping costs prior to shipment when applicable.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number and include carrier insurance coverage up to $100. Additional insurance will be purchased prior to shipment and will be added to the shipping cost.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Majestic Living Designs is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. Customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate claims if necessary.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at the time of shipment. Majestic Living Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
