Shipping policy

Majestic Living Designs currently ships anywhere within the United States using various shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping carrier used may vary depending on availability, destination, package size, and shipping requirements.

Shipping timelines and shipment confirmations may be communicated through our website, Facebook Live events, Facebook posts, invoices, or direct correspondence when necessary. Shipping of claimed purchases is conducted based on invoice status and shipping availability.

Invoices must be paid in full, including all applicable shipping charges, prior to shipment. Invoices intended to be shipped during our weekly shipping cycle must be paid in full no later than Wednesday at 11:59 PM. Closed and paid invoices are typically packaged on Thursdays, and parcels are generally delivered to the shipping carrier on Friday mornings for processing and shipment.

Customers participating in the Build-A-Box option may accumulate items over multiple sales events before requesting shipment. Once a customer requests shipment or an invoice is closed, the invoice must be paid in full, including shipping charges, before the package will be prepared for shipment.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number. Packages are insured up to $100 through the shipping carrier. Additional insurance coverage will be placed prior to shipment and will be added to the shipping cost.

Shipping timelines may be extended during high-volume live sale events or holidays.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Majestic Living Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. Customers are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier if an issue arises during shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at the time of shipment. Majestic Living Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should document the condition of the packaging and contents immediately and contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim if necessary.
